Do you offer climate-controlled storage for sensitive media?
Yes. InfoStore's climate-controlled vault has a four-hour fire rating designed to efficiently store different types of media. It is constructed of concrete walls, floors and ceilings and equipped with a state-of-the-art Liebert unit that control the temperature and humidity to meet ANSI (Association of National Standards Institute) standards for magnetic media storage. In addition, our vault is equipped with dust monitoring equipment and fire suppression system.
How will we store our tapes/cartridges?
InfoStore offers clients two options. They can either store their media by the individual tapes/cartridges (slotted storage) or in cases specifically designed to protect their media (click here to check out our Products section for media cases).
Do you use barcode labels?
Yes, InfoStore utilizes barcode technology to automate and track every movement of your media (data cartridges/tapes/cases).
Do you have pickup and delivery services?
Yes. InfoStore is a full-service records center and we can accommodate all of your pickup and delivery requirements. In addition, InfoStore guarantees a 2-hour response for RUSH deliveries and we provide after-hours service. InfoStore also offers faxing and mailing of records and emailing of digital images as alternative delivery methods.
What do I need to do to prepare my media for offsite storage?
It’s as simple as 1-2-3.

- Affix the preprinted labels.
- Call InfoStore at 216.749.4636 to arrange for a pickup.
What if we need media that is in storage? Will you retrieve it for us and how fast can we get it?
Same day delivery is standard at InfoStore. If the request is made by 11:00 a.m. we will make the delivery by 5:00 p.m. Requests made after 11:00 a.m. will be delivered the morning of the next business day. InfoStore ’s 2-hour guaranteed RUSH delivery service is available if items are needed sooner. In addition, regular scheduled runs can be set up to meet your individual needs.
Can we get a computer listing of our entire inventory?
Yes, if you are storing your media in cases, you can simply go to www.InfoStorerecords.com and access your inventory online with your InfoStore assigned username and password. If you are storing your media as individual tapes/cartridges, we can provide you with a report on CD or via an email file.
How fast can we obtain our backup tapes in the event of a disaster?
InfoStore is available to provide services 24 hours a day, 7 days a week, 365 days a year. In addition, we guarantee delivery within 2-hours or less if you are using our RUSH or AFTER-HOURS service.
Do you destroy media?
Yes. As a full-service information management company, InfoStore offers certified destruction services to our clients. All information is shredded according to industry standards.
What is the cost for storage?
Please call 216.749.4636 to talk with one of our information management specialists regarding costs. The method of storage will make a difference in your cost. Different sized cases will result in different pricing. Case storage is typically charged monthly by the cubic foot.
