Our storage services can accommodate any size business with all types of records. We offer:

Standard record storage– storage of records in closed boxes on shelving specifically designed for record storage
- Open-shelf filing systems– designed for information that needs to be accessed often
- Climate-controlled vaults– safe, secure storage of sensitive and/or archival documents that need to be maintained at a constant temperature and humidity level
With professional, bonded couriers, InfoStore provides pickup/delivery services in our climate-controlled GPS tracked vehicles. Information is easily accessible with:
- Scan-On-Demand – digital document delivery and instant web access
- Same day delivery
- Rush deliveries within 2 hours for information that is needed immediately
- 24-hour emergency service, 7 days a week, 365 days a year
At InfoStore, your information will be protected by:
- Safe, secure locations. Our facility is equipped with 24-hour locks, alarms, cameras, and an access control system. Police, fire, and rescue personnel are within minutes of our facility.
- Secure access to information. Pre-determined passwords and account numbers are required for placing orders. Proper identification is required for every person visiting our storage facility.
- Security that exceeds HIPAA, Graham-Leach-Bliley, and Sarbanes-Oxley Standards. No one but authorized persons will have access to any of your files. In addition, our facility is constructed of steel and concrete and exceeds industry standards and we utilize all-steel shelving. Sprinklers are placed throughout our records center and our servers are backed up each and every night.

Stringent employee policies. All InfoStore employees are subject to a background check and drug screen prior to being offered employment. In addition, each employee signs a Confidentiality Agreement as a condition of employment.
