At the end of a record’s life cycle InfoStore can provide you with confidential destruction of those obsolete records.  Upon written notification, we verify the items to be destroyed and then process the files for destruction using environmentally safe procedures.  InfoStore offers certified destruction services for our magnetic and micrographic media customers as well.

Once a client submits a destruction request, InfoStore performs multiple levels of checks, reports and approvals.  Any discrepancies are reconciled before any record is actually destroyed.

In an effort to be environmentally aware, InfoStore recycles all records after they have been shredded.  Our shredding/recycling process includes:


Secure Shredding Cabinets

InfoStore can shred paper, microfilm, microfiche, x-rays, computer disks, etc.  In addition, we can destroy items directly from your office by providing locked cabinets for both paper and non-paper media to be picked up on a regularly scheduled basis.  The cabinets come in three convenient sizes:

The 65 and 95 gallon containers are made of molded plastic and the 35 gallon containers are wooden office consoles that are smaller and fit better with most office décor.  All have a paper/media slot and a secure, metal locking mechanism that can only be opened by authorized personnel with a key
