- Conduct a physical review of all your documents, including paper, electronic, audio, video, email and individual computer hard drives
- Prepare a comprehensive Records Management Program Manual outlining your records management and retention program

We Do
We understand how valuable your time is. Because of this we provide you with the training you need to successfully organize and store your information in our records center. If you do not have the time to do this yourself, we can do it for you!
We can pack and store your media and documents as well as electronically store any documents that you may not have space for in your office. It’s up to you.
By understanding your business needs we can create an indexing system for your documents and media. This system of organization allows us to locate and retrieve the specific document or media archive that you have requested in less than 3 minutes.
